At StudyBuddy.live, we are committed to your success. We offer a transparent refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all students, whether you are enrolled in non-credit prep courses or our college-affiliated, for-credit options.

💳 General Refund Policy (Monthly Subscription)

StudyBuddy.live operates on a monthly subscription model. Upon subscribing, you receive immediate access to all course materials, including:

  • 2,000+ TEAS 7 practice questions
  • Full-length timed mock exams
  • AI-powered study plans and analytics
  • PDF study guides and video lectures

Important Notes:

  • All payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of genuine billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges or unintentional renewals following a timely cancellation request).
  • If you cancel your subscription, your access remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard—no questions asked.

⚖️ Money-Back Guarantee (If Offered)

From time to time, we may offer special promotions that include a money-back guarantee. If you are enrolled under such a promotion, you may be eligible for a refund only if you meet all of the following conditions:

  • Completed StudyBuddy's full TEAS prep system, including all module lessons, videos, and quizzes.
  • Scored 85% or higher on at least two full-length mock exams.
  • Took the official ATI TEAS 7 exam within 45 days of course completion.
  • Did not pass the official TEAS 7 exam.
  • Provided documentation of official exam results and your StudyBuddy account activity.

Please note:

  • The money-back guarantee does not apply if you cancel before completing all modules or do not sit for the official exam.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • This policy applies to both non-credit and for-credit prep courses where explicitly stated.

📝 For-Credit vs Non-Credit Courses

Refund eligibility for for-credit courses offered in partnership with colleges/universities may be subject to additional institutional policies specific to your enrollment. Please check the course registration page or contact support@studybuddy.live for clarification before enrolling.

📬 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee (if eligible), or for a billing error:

  • Email support@studybuddy.live with the subject line: Refund Request – [Specify: Money-Back Guarantee / Billing Error]
  • Include your full name, account email, date of purchase, and any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshot of official TEAS score report for guarantee claims, transaction ID for billing errors).
  • Our team will respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility or request further documentation.
